Fast forward to late 2019. With a craft lineup expanded to include local seasonal fruits and imported hops, Hanoi Cider was available up and down the length of Vietnam in both cans and kegs. The industrious team decided a dedicated taproom to house all the wonderful ideas spilling forth was a necessity.
Initially looking in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, fate took over after a string of disappointing viewings. Driving home, they happened past an incredible building just as a ‘Nhà Cho Thuê’ (House for Rent) sign was being hung. Within 10 days, construction began on what became the heart of our community: Hanoi Cider House at 278 Nghi Tàm.
