An Elegant, Tropical Escape
The next chapter began in 2022, when Guy and Hao opened Hummingbird at 56B Tran Quoc Toan in Hoan Kiem, realizing their dream of a venue in Hanoi’s most historic district at last. Their love of cocktails, food, and all things Tiki had grown and evolved at Hanoi Cider House and could no longer be ignored.
Hummingbird was designed to serve the best-loved comfort dishes from their first taproom’s menu, with the added twist of a deep, extensive spirit, wine, and cocktail list to match. It is an elegant, tropical escape in the heart of Hanoi.
