Our Story – The Beginning
Celebrating 10 years of craft cider in the capital! Our story began in mid-2016 under Hanoi's stifling summer sun. Anticipating the heat, Guy had brewed a fridge full of craft beer, but his wife, Hao, wasn't a fan. To create something she'd love, Guy crafted a special, 4-liter batch of British-style cider infused with aromatic hops. Hopped Cider was born.
They knew immediately it was something unique. As more batches bubbled under their stairs, Guy and Hao hand-labeled bottles one by one. The Republic took one taste, ordered the first-ever case, and Hanoi Cider Co. officially hit the map.

Hopped Cider
Our original flagship craft cider. Infused with aromatic American hops for a unique burst of mango, passion fruit, and citrus.
Mango Cider
Bursting with fresh Vietnamese mangoes and aromatic American hops. Smooth and silky with a velvety sweetness balanced by a refreshing tart finish.
Pineapple Cider
A tropical explosion packed with fresh Vietnamese pineapples and fruity Australian hops. Beautifully balanced with a semi-dry finish and notes of pine and passion fruit.
Yuzu Cider
Seriously refreshing and juicy. Boasts aromatic Japanese Yuzu elevated by two zingy, citrusy hops for a fresh, clean finish that cleanses the palate.
Raspberry Cider
Packed with mouthwatering French raspberries and juicy American hops. Features sweet berry and citrus flavors upfront that fade into a fresh, slightly tart, and zippy finish.
Gừng - Alcoholic Ginger Beer
A fiery alcoholic ginger beer crafted with fresh local Vietnamese ginger and zesty New Zealand hops. Smooth and easy drinking with a lively citrus kick and a warming ginger finish.
